Your booking link
Place it on your website or social profile. Students can book a lesson on the hosted page, and the booking appears in your manager dashboard.
Lessons and coaches
Manage availability, assign instructors, track lessons and use packages. Coaches have their own workflow to confirm sessions and record student progress.
Conditions beside the day
AYON Wave · Wave Intelligence puts modeled conditions near the day's bookings. The school makes the teaching and safety decisions.
Payment fees and payouts
AYON does not take a commission on bookings. Card processing costs still apply and vary by payment method, card, and country. For Stripe payments, the payout goes to the school's connected Stripe account, then its bank. Review your actual payment terms during setup; the subscription price is separate from processing.
Choose Growth if 100 bookings a month and five coaches fit your school. Choose Pro for unlimited bookings and coaches, or if you run camp programs.
Common pricing questions
Is the trial a Pro trial?
The trial includes packages and the school tools, with 50 monthly bookings and up to five coaches. Camp programs are available on Pro.
What happens at a booking limit?
A plan's monthly allowance is enforced when a booking is created. Check the subscription screen before a busy month; Pro removes that booking limit.
Does zero commission mean zero payment fees?
No. AYON booking commission is 0%; payment processing is charged separately. The total depends on the payment method and market.
