What SurfSchool does

One place for the parts of a surf school that usually live in a phone, a notebook and a spreadsheet: who is booked, who is teaching, who has paid, who is progressing, what the ocean is doing. The school runs it from a browser or the iOS app; coaches and students each get their own view.

Booking management

Students book private or group lessons from the school's booking link, pay by card, and get a confirmation — no account, no app install. Capacity is enforced on the server, so a slot cannot oversell, and lesson packages track their remaining hours automatically.

Coach operations

Assign coaches to lessons, give each one a login that shows their day without showing the school's revenue, and let them confirm lessons and record progress from their phone. Equipment has states too — available, assigned, drying, damaged, in repair — and available gear drives how many students can book a slot.

Payments

Students pay by card through Stripe. The payout lands in the school's own Stripe account, then its bank. AYON never holds the school's money, and refunds are one tap from the Payments tab. Schools in Brazil can settle through Mercado Pago instead.

Zero AYON booking commission. Card payments carry an estimated processing cost of about 5%, deducted from the payout. Processing costs vary by card type, country, and payment network.

Website integration
